Booking Policy All sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. You must complete the required Health Intake Form + Waiver before your session. Your session cannot proceed without these forms. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your session time. To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or message me directly. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable, as your time slot is held exclusively for you. No-shows are non-refundable. ⏳ Late Arrival Policy Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will be shorter so it does not impact the next client. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show (non-refundable). 📝 Required Forms (Waiver & Intake) To ensure your session is safe, personalized, and within scope: You must complete the Client Intake Form You must sign the Holistic Nutrition Waiver & Informed Consent These forms cover: Your current symptoms / goals Safety, allergies, medications Understanding that holistic nutrition is educational, not medical treatment Client responsibility + practitioner boundaries If the forms are not completed before your session, the appointment will be rescheduled. 🎟️ Waitlist Policy If all spots are full: You may join the waitlist, and you’ll be contacted in the order you joined. When a spot opens, you will have 6 hours to confirm before it is offered to the next person. 📩 Communication All communication regarding your appointment (reminders, changes, forms) will be sent to the email you provided during booking.
