Hi! I am Barb!  The nutritionist behind B Well Holistics. 

After 19 years in the corporate world and juggling life as a working mom, I know firsthand what burnout feels like. Coffee all day, wide awake at night, running on fumes but still pushing through — I’ve been there. That experience (plus my own health journey with digestion, fatigue, and stress) is what led me to holistic nutrition.

I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (NNCP, R.O.H.P, Metabolic Balance Coach), and I specialize in getting to the root cause of low energy, stress, sleep issues, and stubborn health concerns. My approach isn’t about fad diets, guilt, or restriction. Instead, I combine food, lifestyle, and nervous-system support to help busy professionals and moms finally feel like themselves again.
